Currently it seems that upgrade increases the rate of progression more directly than any other. We can just choose zombie-rate repeatedly, and soon hundreds of zombies are running into the plow without us even having to move.
OK, good feedback. I've been playing with the idea of only having the zombies move toward the player if the player is within a certain distance. This way other upgrades may be more valuable

I think the only upgrade which really makes sense to choose is Zombie Rate.
